Returns and Refunds

DCG T-shirts allows returns and refunds on defective products only. All defective products must be processed within 3 days of receiving item (not worn, washed or altered).

Simply use the contact form to submit a return or refund request.

We will then email you back with instructions on where to send the returns or if a refund will be granted.


  • Returns will not be accepted if you have not contacted DCG T-shirts first
  • Items that have been worn, altered or washed cannot be accepted.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be processed after we receive it. With the postal service now, please allow 7 to 10 days for us to recieve your return.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Shipping fees from original order will not be refunded. Refunds are for merchandise only, less your discount if you used one.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping if a new order is needed. (We do not do exchanges)
  • Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
  • DCG T-shirts is not responsible for items that were not purchased from that are returned to us in error.
  • DCG T-shirts is not financially liable for items purchased from that are not returned to the correct return address specified in the return instructions.

Problems with your order?

Our products are new and of first quality but if you should have a problem or defect please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to make a claim. We will then send you a replacement or give you a credit for the defective item. We cannot send a replacement or give credit if you contact us after 3 business days of receiving your order.

Our goal is to make all our customers happy, you will not be disappointed!
