Returns and Refunds

DCG T-shirts allows returns and refunds on defective products only. All defective products must be processed within 3 days of receiving item (not worn, washed or altered).

Simply use the contact form to submit a return or refund request.

We will then email you back with instructions on where to send the returns or if a refund will be granted.

Restrictions:

  • Returns will not be accepted if you have not contacted DCG T-shirts first
  • Items that have been worn, altered or washed cannot be accepted.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be processed after we receive it. With the postal service now, please allow 7 to 10 days for us to recieve your return.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Shipping fees from original order will not be refunded. Refunds are for merchandise only, less your discount if you used one.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping if a new order is needed. (We do not do exchanges)
  • Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
  • DCG T-shirts is not responsible for items that were not purchased from DCGTshirts.com that are returned to us in error.
  • DCG T-shirts is not financially liable for items purchased from DCGTshirts.com that are not returned to the correct return address specified in the return instructions.

Problems with your order?

Our products are new and of first quality but if you should have a problem or defect please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to make a claim. We will then send you a replacement or give you a credit for the defective item. We cannot send a replacement or give credit if you contact us after 3 business days of receiving your order.

Our goal is to make all our customers happy, you will not be disappointed!

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a report through the contact form.

The return address is set to the our facility where the items are prints. Before returning any items please contact DCG T-shirts first through the contact form.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). No refund will be given if you do not update the address. Items will not be reshipped until reshipment costs have been received.

You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
